Hansenov Lactobacillus acidophilus, LA-5® &#8211; naučno potvrđen i siguran</strong></p><p>Probiotički soj <em>Lactobacillus acidophilus, LA-5®</em> potiče iz kolekcije mliječnih kultura kompanije Chr. Hansen.<br />Soj <em>LA-5®</em> posjeduje QPS (Qualified Presumption of Safety) status, koji dodjeljuje Evropska agencija za sigurnost hrane (EFSA), što potvrđuje njegovu sigurnost za upotrebu. Koristi se u prehrambenim proizvodima i dijetetskim suplementima od 1979. godine.</p><p>Soj <em>LA-5®</em> je temeljno istražen probiotik i opisan u više od 150 naučnih radova, od čega više od 60 uključuje podatke iz kliničkih studija na ljudima, sprovedenih uglavnom među odraslima i starijom populacijom, u različitim zdravstvenim oblastima. 									<p>Nadutost nakon jela vrlo je česta pojava. Razlozi su jednostavni:</p><ul><li>jedemo prebrzo i gutamo zrak;</li><li>konzumiramo gazirana pića;</li><li>jedemo prevelike porcije ili teško probavljive namirnice.</li></ul><p>Kada se u crijevima nakupi zrak i gasovi, probava usporava, javlja se nelagoda, pritisak i osjećaj težine.</p><p>Tu na scenu stupa <em>fart walk</em>.</p><p>Tokom hodanja, mišići abdomena i dijafragme ritmično se pokreću, što potiče peristaltiku, prirodne kontrakcije crijeva koje guraju sadržaj probavnog trakta. To pomaže da se gasovi lakše oslobode, a varenje ubrza.</p><p>Lagana fizička aktivnost nakon obroka:</p><ul><li>olakšava izbacivanje gasova;</li><li>smanjuje nadutost i pritisak;</li><li>ubrzava pražnjenje želuca;</li><li>smanjuje pojavu žgaravice.<br /><br /></li></ul><p>Redovno hodanje nakon obroka može pomoći osobama koje imaju sindrom iritabilnog crijeva (IBS), kao i onima koji se bore s povremenom probavnom nelagodom.</p>								</div>

									<p>Osim što pomaže varenju, kratka šetnja poslije jela ima i druge koristi:</p><ul><li>poboljšava cirkulaciju i zdravlje srca;</li><li>doprinosi boljoj regulaciji šećera u krvi;</li><li>pomaže održavanju tjelesne mase;</li><li>smanjuje nivo stresa i poboljšava raspoloženje.<br /><br /></li></ul><p>Umjerena fizička aktivnost pomaže i u smanjenju nivoa kortizola (hormona stresa) i povećava lučenje endorfina, dopamina i serotonina, hemikalija zaslužnih za dobro raspoloženje i kvalitetniji san.</p><p>Optimalno vrijeme za šetnju je 15-30 minuta unutar prvog sata nakon obroka.</p><p>Ne mora biti naporna šetnja, dovoljan je lagan, opušten tempo koji aktivira mišiće i disanje.</p><p>Za dugoročne koristi po zdravlje probave, preporučuje se 30-60 minuta laganog hodanja većinu dana u sedmici.</p><p>Lagana šetnja nakon obroka je dokaz da male navike mogu donijeti veliko olakšanje jer aktivira probavu, smanjuje nadutost i poboljšava osjećaj ravnoteže u tijelu.</p>								</div>
